Adil completed Associated Engineering in 1985 through the Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research. On completion of his training, Adil was employed in the Instrumentation & Inspection Division. He then finished his Degree in Political Science, in 1988, before moving to Australia in 1989. Adil was employed by Roblan Pty Ltd, as a Toolmaker, in 1989. From 1990 to 1994 Adil completed Certificates in AutoCAD and MRPII. He then studied Computer Science in 1997 & 1998. Adil was appointed as Roblan's Quality Assurance Manager in 1999. Since then Adil has been accredited as a Lead Auditor and Advanced Auditor in Business Improvement by Lloyd's Register and in Statistical Tools by PQ Systems.
