Iain commenced employment with Bliss Welded Products as an apprentice Fitter and Turner. On completion of his apprenticeship Iain was promoted and received training in the Engineering ,Estimating, Production Planing and Customer Service Departments of Bliss Welded Products. In 1986, on partially completing the Mechanical Engineering Certificate, Iain was promoted to the position of Sales Engineer in the Sales Department of Bliss Welded Products. The position covered Metal Stamping Industry requirements for underground mining and metal processing industries throughout India and Malaysia. In 1988 Iain was appointed Sales Manager. In 1995 Iain joined Press Shop Automation as National Sales Manager. He was responsible for the introduction of many of the major products to the Australian Metal Stamping Industry. Iain is a keen Golfer, Committee Member Player and level 1 coach of Australia Soccer, and holds a Certificate in Small Business Management.
