Ian began his career in plastics as an Apprentice Toolmaker in 1976. During this time as an apprentice he enhanced his training by studying Diesetting and Injection Moulding and processing techniques. After completing his apprenticeship, Ian concentrated his efforts in the Injection Moulding field, leading to technical processing positions and managerial roles in the Engineering and Automotive industries. In August 1991 Ian joined Roblan Pty Ltd as Production Manager of the Plastic Moulding Division. Ian is a member of the TQM Steering Committee and Chairman of the OHS Workplace Committee.
