Laszlo began his
career in plastics in New Zealand in 1980, as an
apprentice plastic mould designer. During his
apprenticeship he also received training in product
design, toolmaking and plastic processing in
injection moulding, blowmoulding and vacuum
forming.
After Laszlo
completed his apprenticeship in 1984, with a New
Zealand Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, he
advanced to technical processing before accepting a
position in Australia as a process
engineer.
Laszlo joined
Roblan in November 1986 as the Plastic Moulding
Production Manager.
Upon the retirement
of Ken Toulmin, in July 1989, Laszlo was promoted
to Moulding Department Manager. He was elected
Chairman of the Roblan Marketing Committee in June
1996.
In November 1999
Laszlo was appointed a Director of Roblan Pty
Limited.
Laszlo is a member
of the TQM
Steering Committee.
